Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Muha Meds (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit muhameds.com (the “Site”), submit forms, or subscribe to our newsletter. Muha Meds operates a marketing website. We do not sell cannabis products directly through this Site and do not process orders or payments here.

By using the Site you confirm you are at least twenty-one years of age and that you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information you provide.When you submit a contact form, retail inquiry, or newsletter signup, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email, and message content. For retail inquiries we also collect business name, phone, state, and license number.

Information collected automatically.When you visit the Site we log pageviews, referrer, the path you visited, and approximate country. We do not store your IP address or user agent in raw form — we hash them with a site-specific salt before saving to our analytics table. We also set a cookie to remember your age-gate acceptance and cookie-consent choices.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use Vercel Analytics (cookie-free) for performance telemetry. If you consent, we additionally use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics and session recordings. You can change your consent at any time through the banner link in the footer.

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, send retailer and newsletter communications you opt into, evaluate and improve the Site, maintain security, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We rely on the following legal bases, where applicable: your consent (for newsletter opt-in and optional analytics), our legitimate interests (to operate and secure the Site and respond to inquiries), and compliance with legal obligations.

We share limited information with the following third parties to operate the Site. Each is contractually required to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.

• Supabase— database and authentication; hosts form submissions, newsletter records, and analytics data.
• Resend— transactional email delivery; routes inquiry notifications and newsletter sends.
• Vercel— hosting, CDN, and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Google (Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity)— only if you consent through the cookie banner.

We may also share information to comply with lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Muha Meds, our users, or others.

We keep form submissions for up to twenty-four months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to prevent accidental re-adds. Hashed analytics records are retained for up to thirteen months.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale (we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email privacy@muhameds.com from the address associated with the request. We verify identity before acting and typically respond within thirty days. You may also appoint an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational controls to protect the information we hold, including TLS in transit, encryption at rest with our database provider, and access controls for our internal tools. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

The Site is intended for adults aged twenty-one and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under twenty-one. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period after they take effect.
