Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of muhameds.com (the “Site”), operated by Muha Meds (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to visitors of the Site only. They do not govern purchases of cannabis products. Cannabis products bearing the Muha Meds brand are sold by licensed retail dispensaries independent of us; their sale is governed by the retailer’s terms and applicable law.

The Site is intended solely for adults aged twenty-one (21) or older. Upon your first visit you must confirm your age through the age gate. By entering, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one, that you enter of your own volition, and that it is lawful for you to view cannabis-related content in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access to anyone we reasonably believe does not meet these requirements, including by technical measures.

You may use the Site for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automate access except via public feeds we provide;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its networks;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems;
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law;
• Use the Site or our marks in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without our prior written consent;
• Use the Site to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photography, video, and the Muha Meds name and marks — are the property of Muha Meds or our licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content.

Fair use, news reporting, and similar doctrines apply in accordance with applicable law. For licensing inquiries, contact support@muhameds.com.

When you submit a message, inquiry, or newsletter signup, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to read, store, and act on the submission — for example, to reply, to include you in internal records, or to share within our team. We do not undertake any obligation to act on, preserve, or respond to every submission.

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or highly sensitive information through the Site. If you provide another person’s information (for example, a retailer contact), you represent that you have authority to do so.

Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any newsletter email. We may continue to send transactional messages (for example, responding to a retailer inquiry) even after you unsubscribe from marketing communications.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, Weedmaps, press coverage, retailer pages). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not medical, professional, or legal advice. Statements about cannabis, cannabinoids, terpenes, and products on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Cannabis products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Muha Meds products are intended for sale only in California through licensed retail cannabis dispensaries, consistent with the California Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA) and related regulations. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell to consumers directly.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muha Meds, its affiliates, and our respective officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Muha Meds and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice on the Site.
